Refunds & cancellation

Your rights come before a store policy.

14-day refund guarantee

If the course is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment. You do not need to complete lessons, submit exercises or prove that you tried the course. Opening lessons or downloading included materials does not disqualify you from this guarantee.

The guarantee applies to the course or bundle purchased in that order. It does not cover separately purchased AI tools, credits, domains, hosting or advertising spend. Demo orders do not charge money.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email hello@nikvanderkamp.com with your purchase email and order reference, if available. You may also write to Nik Vanderkamp, 1000 Rue De la Gauchetière O, Montréal, QC H3B 5A7, Canada. A reason is optional. Keep a copy of your request. Never send your password or payment-card details.

Problems after 14 days

Please contact us for duplicate charges, missing access, the wrong course or materials that do not match the description. The voluntary guarantee does not limit any longer cancellation period or remedy provided by applicable law.

Cancellation and legal remedies

Mandatory cancellation, refund and warranty rights remain available. Merely opening a course or downloading an ebook does not, by itself, waive those rights. A blanket “all digital sales are final” rule does not apply on this page. Specific rights depend on the contract, customer location and applicable law.

Québec has both distance-contract rules and specific rules for certain course contracts. Their application to this self-paced digital offering must be settled before enrollment opens; any required cancellation notice or form must accompany the final contract. Contacting us does not prevent you from using remedies through your payment provider or a competent consumer authority.

Approved refunds

Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Your provider determines when funds appear. Access granted by a fully refunded course or bundle order ends. Access from other valid purchases is unaffected. A refund of the course does not automatically cancel subscriptions you purchased independently from other providers.

Custom work

Course policies do not define cancellation terms for custom services. Those must be set out in a separate project agreement.
